Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai, Pune & Chennai

Job Role / Responsibilities:
  • Candidate is responsible for new customer acquisitions and on-boarding (mainly companies engaged in automobile, engineering, construction, furniture sectors)
  • Candidate is also responsible for managing existing customers, with their regular orders and payments, and in-case they have any queries or service requirements.
  • Regular meetings with purchase officers in companies and maintaining cordial relationships with them.
  • Candidate should constantly keep improving knowledge, learning curve and have an in-depth understanding and applications of fasteners in varied industries.
  • Candidate should align his/her personal goals with those of the company and continue to track new acquisitions & revenue targets.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Should be smart and presentable towards clients.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, relation management & networking skills.
  • Have basic knowledge of industries & companies.
  • Be able to work independently, as well as a part of a team.
  • Should be honest, reliable & trustworthy member of the team.
  • Experience: 2 – 5 yrs.

    Education: BCom, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

    Compensation: upto Rs. 2.40L, based on qualifications & experience.
